Discoverher FOR MUMS

A 4-week live strengths experience for mums of GIRLS (& BOYS) aged 10–15.

You don’t need your son or daughter to sit through another online program.

You need the tools to understand what makes them tick — and know how to support them when real life happens.

Over four weeks, we’ll help you understand your child through the lens of their natural strengths, then give you simple conversations and activities to bring that learning home.

You’ll learn how to see what’s already strong in your child, steady it when it gets in their way, and intentionally grow it.

Because confidence doesn’t have to come from fixing what’s wrong.

It can come from helping them understand what’s already right.

Your four-week strengths journey

01
start strong

Get set up for success.

Before we dive into your daughter or son’s strengths, we start with you.

You’ll explore what it means to parent through a strengths lens and how small shifts in what we notice, name and reinforce can change the way our girls see themselves.

We’ll help you get ready for the conversations ahead so this doesn’t become another thing you’re trying to “teach” them.

It becomes something you discover together.

02
SEE HER

Understand, notice and affirm what is naturally strong

This is where you begin seeing familiar behaviour through completely different eyes.

You’ll unpack your childs strengths results and learn what those strengths can look like in everyday life, at school, at home, with friends and in the moments you might previously have found frustrating.

We’ll show you how to spot their strengths in action and, importantly, how to reflect it back to them.

Because when a child has words for what they naturally do well, they can begin to own it.

03
STEADY HER

Understand what happens when strengths get turned up too high

Every strength has another side.

Rather than labelling those behaviours as problems, you’ll learn to understand what may be sitting underneath them.

You’ll explore how your daughter’s or son’s strengths can become overplayed, particularly when they are tired, stressed, under pressure or navigating friendships, and how you can help steady them without asking them to become less of themself.

03
STRENGTHEN HER

Invest in what is already there

In our final week, we move from understanding strengths to intentionally developing them.

You’ll learn how to create opportunities to practise, stretch and aim your son or daughters strengths, building capability and confidence through experiences that feel natural to who they are.

Not changing them.

Growing them.
