Why This Workshop?
The tween years can be wonderful—and challenging.
Friendships become more complex.
Confidence can wobble and emotions feel bigger.
Many mums find themselves wondering:
"How do I help without taking over?"
"How do I build her confidence?"
"How do I help her stay true to herself?"
This workshop isn't about fixing your daughter. It's about helping her understand herself.
When girls understand what naturally energises them, motivates them and helps them thrive, they become more confident in navigating friendships, setbacks, emotions and change.
Together We'll Explore
Discover your daughter's unique strengths, talents and motivations.
Celebrate what makes her special and learn to appreciate difference rather than compare.

Melitta Hardenberg
For more than twenty years, I have worked with leaders and teams to understand human behaviour, confidence, performance and relationships.
As a mum of two girls, I have experienced firsthand how strengths can transform the conversations we have with our children.
What began as a tool for leadership development became a powerful way to help my daughters understand themselves, navigate friendships, build confidence and stay grounded in who they are.
Today, I combine professional expertise with lived experience to create meaningful experiences for mums and daughters during one of the most important stages of life.
